Exercise Motivation For Music And Dance Fans
If you’re among the many folks who love music and who like to dance, I've a great idea for you that only needs a PC with an Internet connection.
Are you interested? Start by jotting down your fave old upbeat songs and the names of the artists that performed them. Select songs from which make you wish to dance.
Next, put on relaxed clothes. Any kind of clothes will work, but to set the stage you could like to dress in the kind of clothing you would wear to a gig or a club. (getting dressed up can also lift your mood.)
Enjoy a drink of delicious water while you turn on your PC and go to YouTube. Search YouTube for a few of your fave songs, individually. For example, my first search I typed the following words into YouTube’s search box: Earth Wind and Fire Fantasy.
Multiple recordings of this song, and others I later searched for, were simply found. If you choose older songs they are less likely to be blocked for breach of copyright. Many artists also post their music on YouTube for as advertising.
When you find a video you want to watch, click on ‘full screen’ mode. I felt just like I had all of a sudden been taken to a live Earth Wind & Fire concert. From the very first time, I was up dancing to the music and my mood changed from sluggish to energetic. Listening to my well-known favorites, always makes me want to dance,
I now start just about every day this way. If you have a laptop computer with a WiFi connection, you can watch YouTube at home, on holiday, or at work. You do not have to mess around or gas stuck in traffic to workout this way.
I commenced exercising to YouTube band videos for roughly 30 minutes at a time. Now I'm used to it, I typically last well over an hour. I've found that it works up the maximum amount of a sweat as going to the gym or taking a dancing. Sometimes I add hand weights, but that's not necessary. If you do not enjoy dance, you might try an exercise bike or rowing machine.
Another thing that keeps me interested to exercise is my use of a hypnosis mp3 audio program for exercise motivation and peak performance. I listen to it before I am getting out of bed every morning. It prompts me to start my day off right.
Since I adore dancing and music, exercising to band concerts on YouTube is an ideal fit. It also chases away my winter blues and fills my mind with joy and my body with safe natural endorphins.
